which means part of the iphone's manufacturing cost and R&D was put into anti repairability

@ozamidas nah, that’s just to conform to upcoming EU repairability laws.

They glued everything in to make it less repairable I’m sure but I doubt that made their products more expensive to manufacture.

Either way it’s a step back in the right direction.
