@Brian This isn't just one company either. At least 25% of the applications I've been filling out have asked for this information.
@niclake i think it’s for companies to use to see if they are being discriminatory or prove they aren’t

@starling no but it does give you a “I choose not to answer” option which part of me wonders if I’m getting dinged for choosing that
