When looking at GenAI most people see AI slop, visual slop. I see hope.

We've been accepting plot slop from Hollywood for years. If the cost of producing a TV show or movie collapses to nothing, the diversity of plot or storytelling will skyrocket. I'm ready for THAT ride!

And if you need some proof... writing a book is not easy, but it's cheaper and mostly a single-person endeavor. There's much more variety in books than on the screen.
