It's not "powered" anything, in 99% of cases it means "we've replaced our call centre staff with a chatbot" or "we added a button that lets you summarise something the exact same way as 6 other pieces of software you already have installed", or maybe "we let machine learning algorithm to set prices in a way to maximally rip you off personally"
