This is a weekly experience for me as a Salesforce admin:

Me: "Hmm I wonder if Salesforce has this fairly reasonable feature?"

*searches web for feature*

*finds IdeasExchange thread with dozens of users begging for this exact same feature*

*sees that it was first opened in 2008*

Me: "Welp. Guess not." #salesforce
