Chuff²I prolly won't be stunned, considering that IIRC the only reason we know the NSA exists is because of a line in the Federal Budget that someone noticed a few decades ago. If'n they're trying that hard to keep the agency secret, you know its up to some sketchy stuff, and whatever you see is just the tip of the iceberg.
