Companies are replacing junior employees with AI to save money.

I don't understand companies that get rid of staff for AI and expect their products to get better or for the company to innovate new products.

I have yet seen AI, by itself, innovate or imagine a new successful products that has been taken to market (not talking about AI media creation).

What they should be doing (though does not benefit the stock price) is to use AI for routine tasks and use the junior and senior employees to make the product or service better for customers.

@Walker @soller it’s brutal out there. We need so much help and we just keep getting thrown AI models at us instead of people who can actually think analytically.
