It turns out there are people a little older* than me at work are unaware of Bow Wow Wow's Go Wild in the Country.
Even after I played it for them
(* Also the one quite a bit younger than me, but I guess they can be forgiven)
Anyway, for everyone else unaware of this masterpiece we were enjoying on Friday's #TotP repeat
@penwing with the dodgy thing being the singer was just 13 when she was thrust upon the rest of the band by McLaren who were much older (ex-Ants) and actual punks.
They did release some great singles though and she was older than me so I was allowed to have a crush on her but even I thought it was odd her parents let her spend so much time in the trust of a dodgy middle aged man and taken to nightclubs to perform.
