This looks like a video game render

The lady painting looks like she herself is in watercolors. It was a crisp sunny day, but I didn’t do anything to it to make it look weird. But it kinda does look weird. Can’t put my finger on it

It’s probably because there is something out of frame that is reflecting light perpendicular to the sun. Look at the trim on both porch roofs to the far left and compare it to the porch farther right just below the spire; they should be the same shadow intensity but the left one is noticably brighter. Plus its rare to see such a bright roof with dark trim in real life which adds to the uncanniness.
