Funny the CBC couldn't find any legal scholars nor anti-rape activists to comment on the ridiculousness of the questions put to the witnesses by the defence. Nor to contextualize the women's experiences.

The National Post headline was worse: "Inside the Crown's teetering case against billionaire Frank Stronach"
The case is "teetering" because only four women who say Stronach attacked them are meeting the patriarchy's bar for credibility?
