The link throws up a "403 Forbidden" for me. In fact, so does your homepage. Are you geo-blocking New Zealand for any reason?

Odd. It's still serving me a 403.

I follow @TexasObserver and regularly read their stories. This is the first time the site has behaved badly for me.

I haven't used one for a while and that slightly misses the point. I've tried three different browsers and all receive the same error message. So if it's not plugins, it seems to be an active block.

My main browser only has uBlockOrigin which has never interfered with the Texas Observer before.
