Not sure the argument holds: conservatives AND progressives alike claim to fight for justice (equality or equity? you choose), and for dignity (is it social or individual?) and wealth.
Everyone on the left already agrees on what these words mean for them, but that doesn't make this a strong political argument to build on, if we actually want to challenge our opponents (the obscenely wealthy)
This might read more like a tribal affirmation than a call to action.
More precisely it’s a result of the few who get away with consolidating ever greater levels of economic and political decision-making power, culminating in absolute authority over the population.
It is a product of material conditions that make consolidation of power easier end of social conditions where the many lose the ability to check the behavior of the few, like destroying unions
