That last #SteamDeck update really borked my system. I had to do the same fix that I have always had to do. I don't know why it works, but it does.

I had to open it up & unplug the battery cable & then plug in the AC adapter & turn on the system. Once it booted up then I had to shut it down. Remove the AC adapter. Plug the battery back in & put it back together.

It's been awhile since I've had to do this but I have had to do it a half dozen times over the last several years.

@Judeau Huh. I had to do it once (shortly after the warranty expired!) but just once so far.

@Thad It's such a strange issue. I guess it has something to do with the sleep mode and battery state. I don't know.

It's definitely irritating when it happens but I'm glad it is a relatively quick fix.

Do you have a regular steam deck or an OLED? I'm curious if the OLED models have this issue? I know they had some tweaks to their sleep mode and Bluetooth and I feel this problem might be related.

@Judeau I've got the old, non-OLED model.
@Thad Cool. Same here. I'm willing to bet the OLED model fixed this issue, but it's just a guess.
