FOLLOW THE MONEY A few kidnappings, occasional ski boat, or hometown brown shirts shooting citizens is not enough. They need to destroy a much bigger pile of targets with much more expensive weapons. They need to shock the financial system so they can vacuum up the net-worths of everyone else.

It's clearly the last resort, but taxing the windfall #profits from wars, violent #aggression & business practices, etc. is the last chance to claw some of it back where it can do good instead of #evil. But it needs to be controlled or the whole system will collapse. bsky.app/profile/phds...
