Local meal cooked on a coal stove was had at the farmers' market in Sunder Nursery. Millet+beetroot roti, a colourful salad of diced, seasonal veggies, tomato and red chilli chutney, hand-churned buttermilk, white butter, and green chilli peppers. Food cooked without cooking gas or electricity.
