The thing I hate about reality tv is it’s a torture chamber for people to ogle. It’s today’s Freak Show, where people used to go to be shocked by the disabled.

Someday (hopefully soon) people will look at these shows how we look at the freak shows. And they’ll wonder why people liked them #topmodel

@maxoakland Especially as we know they deliberately pick contestants which are more likely to clash with one another. They flipped the rules of the freak show by getting physically attractive people with monstrous personalities. They give you permission to ogle and feel justified in hating those people because “they deserve it”.
