you’re not wrong, they are already bought and owned by corporations, an affair won’t corrupt them, they are all corrupted by default. worrying about blackmail is like a non issue compared to lobbying.

Well, it was one of her employees, so there is definitely a questionable power dynamic here for sure.
way too many cases of sexual harassment and even rape are treated as “affairs” they aren’t. Wasn’t there a recent case of an “affair” that was actually a rape that ended in suicide, but the press treated it as just an affair.
if it is just a genuine affairs, I don’t give a fuck. otherwise, straight to jail.
