Rights groups have slammed Pete Hegseth for saying that “no quarter” will be shown to Iran.

"No quarter" includes executing people who've surrendered.

The mere announcement from a govt official can be a war crime.

Such threats are illegal under the Hague Convention & US domestic laws & military manuals.

He has no interest in anyone else's wellbeing, not even that of his own forces. He's just interested in making himself look macho while others die because of him.

The people who get to decide what happens are never the cannon fodder, and never really give a shit about the soldiers' well-being
