I love when a NVIDIA employee protests against chardet full AI-driven rewrite causing "unacceptable legal risks" to chardet's users. @EvenRouault Wow, that sent me down a rabbit hole, but it was interesting to read and investigate. AI seems to have started a new "wild west" with regards to licensing.
