I'm 40 fucking 9 years old. I play with different OSes all the time. I'll be fucking damned if I'm going to hand over ID or otherwise verify my age every time I install an OS. Stupidest fucking thing ever.

I guess I haven't looked at the details of these proposed laws or whatever really. I assume for business use there would be exceptions or something. I build development and production VMs dozens of times a year.
