Happy PI day to all who celebrate
Gotta bake a cherry pie in the PI plate...to be revealed later.
@cigitalgem Niiice! And of course you know where to make that first cut...
@cigitalgem Amazing plate! ๐Ÿ˜„
@_L1vY_ fortunately finite
@cigitalgem True. Not a Mรถbius pie plate.
@_L1vY_ @cigitalgem now I'm imagining an endless pie - maybe not mobius, but spiral; corkscrew like - passing through an oven as it turns, cooked when it comes out. Turning, turning - ever turning, churning out pie to be sliced and doled out 314 trillion times

@SRDas @cigitalgem

An amazing oven prototype ๐Ÿค”

@SRDas @cigitalgem

Okay. I am picturing this like a gyro spit, but instead of a spit, it's a large Archimedes-type screw, with an opening at the top for dispensing. At the bottom, the baker adds pie crust and filling. As it goes upwards it is cooked.

@_L1vY_ @SRDas this is an excellent idea. Infinite PI pie.
@cigitalgem @_L1vY_ yes - exactly as I was thinking!
Corkscrew type. And if the central pipe of the corkscrew has threads, then you can take off segments off the corkscrew and clean and pass it back 'down' to screw back on and put more of the pie - crust + filling on.
@SRDas @cigitalgem Resourceful and sustainable ๐Ÿ˜‚
@_L1vY_ @cigitalgem yes sustainable but only if you keep taking the pies off after the oven passthrough and eating them! This is the Strega Nonna pie. (Incantation is on the edge of the pie plate)
@SRDas @cigitalgem Gotta get a LOT of people together for this one!
@_L1vY_ @SRDas nobody will ever go hungry again...but they may become sick of pie
@_L1vY_ @cigitalgem how sweet, the sound ๐ŸŽถ๐ŸŽ™๏ธ
@cigitalgem We who aren't in the USA celebrate it on 22nd of July.

@bontchev you should join us in our arbitrary numbering and measurement schemes! I mean the English system was definitely devised by monarchial monkeys whereas the metric system was devised by God herself. There being no God, of course, complicates matters...

Oh nevermind.
