@glyph There is one blog I follow¹ where three-part series regularly transform into things such as 'I, II, IIIa, IIIb, Intermission, IVa, IVb'. He even also has footnotes. As someone who periodically starts writing one entry only to discover I need N more, I have great sympathies.
