A bittersweet end to an exciting launch week!

Today was my last day as Astro Docs Lead. I'm so proud of the docs our community made, & honoured I had the chance to lead them.

I'm open to new adventures in docs, education, or community leadership. So, if you've liked learning, using or contributing to Astro, or just being a part of our community... maybe part of that came from me! And maybe I can bring that to your project, or a project you know!

@sarah11918 Oh wow! In my mind you are the face and voice of Astro. I look forward to hearing what you will be doing in the future, but I guess you may take a break first?
@perkinsy Thank you! Not gonna lie, this old gal could use a bit of a break. Something, something, every door closing is an opportunity to nap? 😂

@sarah11918 End of an era! Really is a bittersweet launch for Astro 6.0, whenever I think of Astro I think of how well you communicated, managed the community, and strove for excellence in the documentation. huge part of why I stuck around.

Hope that whatever's next for you is awesome!

@PolyWolf Awww, that's so kind of you to say! Certainly, getting to know awesome community members like you was a huge perk of the work. It's easy to put in the effort when you feel like it's actually helping people. We don't always get that feedback, but seeing the same faces over and over again can be a clue... On to the next era!
@sarah11918 Excited to see what you end up doing next! I was always impressed what I saw coming out of the Astro docs.
@pie Thanks! I'm proud of the docs work we did, and it's still amazing to me that others took notice. Very kind of you to say, and yeah, I have no reason to believe the next thing won't be just as exciting or successful!

Thanks @sarah11918 for everything you’ve done for @astro

The docs are top notch and it was always a joy to read your posts. Astro’s community culture is incredibly positive and centered around mutual help, encouragement and growth.

We all know you played a major role fostering this culture!

@thibaultamartin Thanks for being on this Astro voyage with me! I was very fortunate to be able to push the envelope re: expectations for OSS docs and community. I'm glad I had the mandate for as long as I did, and if I do say so myself, I think Astro is all the better for it!
