I always get excited by new projects. The path forward seems generally clear- the potential to learn or develop something novel seems simple enough…but then after a few months there usually comes a “oh this is way more complicated than I thought” and then progress slows. I think pushing through this phase is where the real growth is. #PhD #phdlife
