So I know most of us hate AI development and "vibe coding." And I am certainly one of those people. But I'm seeing many people now flaming open source devs for using it. And honestly I have less of a problem with that as long as the devs are open and up front about it. Open source work is grueling and also thankless. Until there's a proper structure for supporting them I find it hard to criticize them for it.
I've been using it more and more but in an informational "hey how could I implement this kind of thing" rather than just having it spunk out code. For languages/platforms/tools you're not that familiar with I've found it very useful.
