The erstwhile Liberal party in Sweden, who have up to now refused to sit in a government with the fascist party, seems to have folded in exchange for a referendum on adopting the Euro.
Getting flashbacks to the Lib Dems in the UK.

@cunobaros Welp. As we've commented before, they're really only "liberal" in the sense of market-liberal, socially they've often been more conservative than the supposedly "liberal-conservative" Moderates.
But next month's opinion polls ought to be interesting.
@vatine @cunobaros I'm honestly way more surprised that it's taken them this long to fold, but for the last few years they have been the *only* party on the right wing to refuse open collaboration with the fash. Until now, that is.
In the March opinion polls, the Liberal Party got 2.1%, and they haven't been above the 4% threshold *once* since the last election, so the party leadership's desperation is mounting. Like I said, the next polls are going to be interesting, because among the voters that would support L, the vast majority is against collaborating with the Sweden Democrats.
But what neither the Liberals' nor the Moderates' (nor the Christian Democrats') party strategists seem to understand is that *you cannot win votes by trying to be SD-light when SD already exists*.
