Oh, nice of Apple to do this preemptively in a move to head off legal (and political) pressure. A cut down to 20% would have been stronger, but baby steps (and carrots) for regulators, I guess. Sorry devs.

@mgs I wonder what fraction of developers is paying 30%. I have to assume the vast majority is at 15% with the small business program.
