@SuperMoosie @captainfez certainly, they cancelled the concept and there was a lot of design and geotec done. They also built the 4 lane highway on the western side that now looks ridiculous.

@Lats @SuperMoosie I understood that the other side stuff was essentially "here's where it'll emerge!" work until "oops, soz, no longer happening" occurred. Regardless, fucking dumb and a tunnel is absolutely the way as almost anyone who's ever driven the road might suggest.
