Feel crap going to work, start my 45 day redundancy consultation next week. 9 years means nothing when shareholders want more for their money and leave quality at the door to drop to a minimum. Don't get me wrong outsourcing works but when you take it all away from the best team that delivers the right results then I suppose they will learn when the risks rise and more money is thrown at unnecessary complaints 😥😥😥😥
