I’ve lived in Spain since 2019 and had put off switching the region of my Apple account because it was fiddly (make sure all subscriptions are cancelled and expired, including iCloud) and perilous (you might lose all your iTunes purchases!). Finally clicked the button today and it was totally seamless. Apple, when you’re good, you’re very good.
Almost seamless… the music app had a bit of a hiccup but I can live with that.
