The proof-of-concept city, which opened to the Hublic in December of 2022, has been slightly touched up in Blender and made available to the Hublic once more - now known as New Hiya City.
Beyond that, New Hiya City is an expanding
colony. Interlopers can propose new districts,
then begin construction once approved by 7101334
⁃ approval criteria will require that the proposal
demonstrate some architectural skill and
forethought, and that the new build would
offer benefit to he Hublic not offered Dy any
other part of the city.
