The last time the "leftists" ran a candidate it was Fetterman. While Qasim is scoring big points on social media with this hot take, I'm pretty sure the "corporate Democrats" are just making the best of the crappy situation MAGA and the leftists put them in with their stupid uncommitted movement.

Malcom Kenyatta ran to Fetterman's left, Conor Lamb to his right, but mostly Fetterman was a populist candidate.
Then he had a stroke. I'm no neurologist, but he doesn't seem to be the same person he was before the stroke.

You also compared him to Sinema. While many of his votes have been odious, his clearly stated reasons are vastly different from Sinema's motivations, ascertained from her behavior.
Fetterman sincerely believes he is doing the right thing. His logic is badly flawed, but not inconsistent.
