@climatemigrant well some of the greatest of places is going to be estonia (for eco-friendly digital nomads) and poland if you're in the area. I think the carpathian mountains are a retreat. Warsaw is an up and coming vegan capital in the making!

However, in the winter, we're supposed to hibernate. It's because of our modern lifestyles that we forget that and it makes us very unwell mentally. So realize it's ok to rest during the winter.

Well the best I can do is give you my travel database - https://1drv.ms/x/c/46349a59aa267f82/IQCCfyaqWZo0IIBGX6cBAAAAAdrNvUnunvQm2RogITBSqMU?e=3RMZcl - as I haven't been to lithuania nor latvia.

That said I have some ai generated images of potential vegan food there and plating if it helps you find!

If you're in the area - probably slovenia is as gorgeous as you can get. Bohemia is likely a vegan respite!

@crystalzenith I agree with you 100% on the hibernation comment and I don't mind resting. One of my favorite books is "rest is resistence" by Tricia Hersey who founded the nap ministry. I can't go all the way to Poland and Estonia. I will leave these for a future trip with my partner. Now I will limit my travel to Latvia and Lithuania (because I also have friends to see in Lithuania). Thanks for the database!👍
