The 1st attempt to patch a TPU tube with cut pieces of a old TPU tube appears to be a success. Ignore the paper residues around the patch. :)
Now I need to figure out a robust way to cure them on the go and a fast adhesive. Also some way to carry IPA on the go.

@mkpaa what adhesive did you use for your test? my TPU patch kit says wait 30 mins, i've not had to fix one roadside yet.

@wav3ydave Seamgrips. It was what I had readily avail. What do you have? Keeping pressure (and not moving) inside bag is my main concern.

@wav3ydave Right. That is what I am looking for next. I need some systematic way to test the curing. :)
