Data about "loans and behaviour" (lån og adfærd), so it can offer "loan history and personal recommendations" (lånehistorik og personlige anbefalinger)

I'm logged in. Why would the app need more data (from my behaviour in the app) to show me my loan history from the library I'm logged into?

Yeah it totally doesn't - and good choice you've made there.

I assume that they work like most libraries. Books and loans are (very bluntly phrased) just a CRUD transaction in a RDBMS - showing your history shouldn't be much more than SELECT title, department_id, loan_date, return_date, late_fee FROM loans WHERE subscriberID = X;. That really shouldn't need any kind of telemetry, sensor or bebavioural data.
