Michael Weiss@joshbressers the word "pathogenic" is the one that keeps coming to mind. And it doesn't require producing full blown AGI. COVID is hardly intelligent, as a point of reference.

@joshbressers nor would it necessarily need high powered computing to maintain reservoirs. Just a handful of underprotected small business websites would be enough.
