@ShaunOttawa @the5thColumnist directorate (which I think is called a branch in teh rest of government - the one reporting to the ADM) likes to schedule things at noon to be kind to the people in the regions.
Never kind to the people in NCR/Ontario though. I even made the suggestion that they rotate the time so that we all have it over our lunch hour sometimes and nope!
