Ah and there is also no money for enough tracks to serve the little frequency we do have it seems.
Or to maintain them well enough to be usable apparently; currently stuck waiting for the opposite direction to arrive because of a signalling issue.
I could be considered lucky that there even *is* a separate track for each direction here if the signalling worked. Even some relatively well used routes just.. don't.
Good thing we're spending 1Gā¬ on widening the #A5 to 10 friggin lanes though! š¤”
