The first time was after a power cut.
And now I get the same error code and lack of button response as that time, possibly after accidentally pushing my chair arm rest against all the buttons.
I recall it was a terrible pain to fix it last time, and cannot remember how we achieved that. 🥲
@mahryekuh wow. I’m guessing a mechanical failure, something that’s a little out of alignment? Although how that would happen due to a power outage? Unless you were changing height just that moment of course.
