NickPeople in meetings are always telling you that they are “conscious of time” as if that makes them special.
I’m conscious of time *and* space *and* smells, mate, but I don’t go on about it, and you should consider yourself lucky about that last one.

I may not be conscious of time but I am conscious that I'm rambling and have been for some considerable period of time (possibly measured in decades).
