The various MA-3800 antenna builds don't have jumper wires but a bottom coil and top section that can be adjusted.
The antenna with the jumper wires is Outbacker from Australia by VKLTC (only HF) or the Outback 1866 (6 bands plus 2/70) or Outback 2012 (9 bands plus 2/70) are by D-Original from Spain.
I have the last one, decent performer on 20/17/15/12/10. Comparable with AM-Pro monobanders for those bands. Other bands are receiving OK but TX wise not that good.
Looks like the Outback 1866. It's probably been released under multiple brand names. I mainly use my Outback 2012 on my campervan, stationary somewhere. Ultimately, however, mono-band antennas are more convenient because they're quicker to mount on the roof rack when switching to a different band than having to remove the antenna, adjust it, and then mount it back on the roof. But they do their job, and for truly portable use, you don't need to carry much.
