@stilgherrian When we retrieved a bunch of stuff from storage after an 8-year overseas stint, we found that nearly all of it was now junk. Not decayed or damaged or anything, just somehow - not relevant any more. Aside from a couple of bookcases and some books, almost everything went to opshops, recycling or the tip. It was the strangest experience.

@stilgherrian I remember when the temporary move happened so clearly, and I am very angry that it is 15 years ago and not like, maybe 3? at most? years ago.

It doesn’t feel possible that this much time as passed.
