Time to finally get the autumn singlet finished

Inb4 'your math doesn't math'

Actually my manufacturing doesn't manufacture, it's more that my material science doesn't material science.

The math maths, but it's all made from natural materials at different times with not a lot of attention to consistency, so the yarn all behaves differently.

I blocked it and put it on. I look like a whole new romantacy trope: extremely wifeable but has just enough self contained cottage industry not to give a single fuck about men

Going to go to Grimsby and get me one of them herring girls

[they were probably rad though, seriously]

I'll take decent pictures at the medieval fantasy fair next week
It's much more square and even now that it's been blocked, but I suspect it will always try to stretch out at some areas and shrink in at others, it's just a weird unit. The fleece is from a lamb and it isn't processed, so different parts of the garment were different parts of the fleece. In many fleeces this effect is subtle, in this fleece it's huge, probably because it's his first fleece.
I believe my initial inspiration for this was hearing discussion about how long something like an icebreaker thermal would have taken to make in non-specific ye olde times if you just had a sheep and some basic stuff at your house. I thought 'well I'm my in a position to test that in my free time'. Then I didn't, because I didn't write anything down, but I do have a warm singlet.
