*spits out water* holy shit how did I miss Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy trailer? That looks LLLegit! Innocence was one of my favorite games on PS4…normally I am not an achievement hunter but for that game I did em all I was having so much fun. Welp, now it looks like I have an excuse to get around to Requiem. #APlagueTale #gaming
@sayonaraminasan Innocence was so good. Requiem is solidly one of the oddest gaming experiences of my life. Idk if I want to get into the new one yet.
@BigShellEvent I’ll have to revisit the thread you did on it, I remember you talking about it on here some time ago. The setting did sell me a bit, because how often are we visiting the Greek islands in a video game? Add to that it looks like the protagonist can scrap lol That had my jaw on the floor. Ahhhhh. Ok Requiem just got bumped up priority wise… it’s just sitting on my console like a bunch of other stuff I clicked on impulse lol

@sayonaraminasan I'd love to know how you feel. Until today I can't figure out if Requiem is indeed a worse game, or this story should be exactly 13 hours long and any longer is dragging on. Also Requiem felt super male gazy in a pretty girl getting hurt kink kind of way, only Tomb Raider 2013 made me feel that gross.

Innocence was so good. One thing I can say that Innocence excelled at that Requiem didn't, is writing children like children. The motley crew of Innocence felt so believable, and that never really happened in Requiem.

@BigShellEvent hmmm, for sure I’ll let you know how it goes! But thanks for that warning. Honestly it took a lot of grit for me to finish Tomb Raider 2013 because of that very thing…just felt like torture xxx to a degree.

I heard that the combat is slightly better in requiem tho is that true?

@sayonaraminasan yes! The combat in Requiem was A+++, no complaints. Also I liked the subtle fucked up relationship between the mum and protagonist.
