Cutting board extensions is exactly what I did on my first ebike build 12 years ago because the fenders were way too whimpy. Well done sir!

I’m surprised how difficult it is to find just plain plastic/rubber sheets than can be used for this kind of crafts. There’s plenty of plywood, sheet metal, glass and polycarbonate/acrylic available but no plastic. I stumbled upon these cutting board by pure accident while looking for something else.
