Am I creepy?

So I get attracted to the noise people make when they sleep: snoring. I tend to prefer lighter snores that just help me sleep at night without bein…

I don’t think so. You are a type of “sleeper”. A “sleeper” as I refer to it is someone who finds sleep comfort based on certain sounds or visuals. I came to discover this on r/futuramasleepers or whatever it was called. If I have Futurama, American Dad, Family Guy, or any WW2 or Vietnam documentary playing in the background, I’m out. Sleep like a baby. If its silent, my ears ring and I can’t sleep. Any other TV show, I’m wide awake. Yours just happens to be people snoring. I also found it cute when women I dated snored slightly. Just really don’t do creepy shit with this.
More like a snooze-maxed and snorepilled sleepcel
The internet is accelerating the evolution of language at a blinding pace.

It’s not just the internet. I have a personal vendetta against people who don’t like when you copy mannerisms so I’m being a bad actor.

Sorry. I am the problem.

That was a compliment. Take a big breath. Your word salad didn’t make me feel like I was having an aneurism and made me laugh.
Ohhh my bad. Mine probably read a lot more like a breakdown than it was. Thanks for laughing at my jokes tho 👈👈

Inherently creepy, no, not at all. Frankly, it’s a fairly benign and even kinda wholesome.

Though might I recommend using more disarming language to anyone you tell this to who might be sleeping near you? Saying “I find snoring cute” or even “I find snoring strangely attractive” is more likely to put people at ease. Saying “watching them while they’re defenseless” or “I wouldn’t kiss you or worse”, even when in the most innocent of intent, tends to put too much emphasis on why you felt the need to clarify. Especially if they didn’t ask. Which tends to put people on guard.

Assuming you already have that covered, then rest assured you are not creepy in the least. Just a person who has a thing for snoring. Which is, kinda vanilla, imho.

People love to watch/listen to babies and puppies sleep and coo and snore. Sleeping things look more peaceful.
Stuff like this is often defined with consent. If you tell someone you like the sound of them sleeping and ask if they mind you listening to it, that’s consent. If you’re putting yourself around sleeping people to listen in without their knowledge there’s no consent.
