Personally I think I’d be annoyed. I’d probably be annoyed if anyone rubbed any bodypart on my face except, maybe, their lips if we are kissing. I wouldn’t call that ’ rubbing ’ though, same as giving or receiving oral I wouldn’t consider that ‘rubbing’.
