So is Mastodon getting support for authoring rich text posts at some point too? I saw Ivory added support for rendering them (in beta) and it wasn’t clear if that was just an Ivory thing or I missed a roadmap update.

@dlx really the only two styles I need are italics (for sarcasm) and code voice (usually not for sarcasm).

@axiixc @dlx Don’t worry, there’ll be plenty of folks using code voice where they mean to use “completely unnecessary and random” quotation marks, too.
