An thriller/comedy flick, divided into three entertaining acts. Absurd, some jokes are really great like e.g. the musical chair or the Samsung smartphone.

The RIP (2026)

Great cast. Not a lot of action so I guess the $100M budget went to the salaries of Ben Affleck & Matt Damon.
I believe this is the most nicest, generous, most courteous cartel that’s ever been portrayed on film.

Cosmic Princess Kaguya! (2026)

It felt like a 24 episode anime condensed into a 2 hour movie in a good way. I really enjoyed the songs by the Vocaloid producers (especially Ryo’s songs). The animation was beautiful all the way through and the characters were so good too.

The first 2/3 of the movie are really good, but as soon as Bond gets captured, it grinds to a halt and slows all the way down for me and then turns into sci-fi schlock.

Pretty mid imo. The stakes were low and I felt it lacked the creativity and eccentricity the previous movie had. There were too much drawn-out parts or scenes where not much happened.

This movie nailed the formula for James Bond with the right mix of action, gadgetry, a pretty good villain (No, Mr Bond, I expect you die!) and women.
Not everything is perfect but still a good movie.

It was a fun movie. I wouldn't give it a very high rating, but it was a good enough time waster. Glad to see Sam Raimi still making movies.

Thunderball (1965)

A quintessential Bond movie. It's got one liners, great scenery in "exotic" locales, beautiful women, neat gadgets, a great villain with a suitably cool lair and weird Cold War related plot, and the underwater fight scene is cool and unique.

The Straight Story (1999)

A very sweet, humane film, but one that still maintains a haunting quality and a very subtle form of weirdness. There's no violence or disturbing imagery, but the deer scene is one of the most bizarrely mystical moments in Lynch's career.

An overall okay film. Very slow burn but the performances are outstanding. The last theater scene was gorgeous beyond belief.

You Only Live Twice (1967)

The film does really well up until the Japanese Bond stuff which is...problematic. Donald Pleasence is pretty great Blofeld.
Also the cigarette gun is probably my favorite bond gadget of all time. I love the really simple gadgets.

This movie is a farce.
A giant bloated unfunny mess of a film that wasted a great cast.
It is honestly a miracle that this movie didn't manage to destroy the reputation of James Bond as a franchise.

A wild ride! I've been impressed with everything I've seen from Lynch: Twin Peaks, Eraserhead, etc. And now this one too. Perfect amount of camp, off-kilter humour, awkward dialogue and strange hallucinatory filming techniques.

It’s fine. Lazenby is fine as James Bond. The plot is okay. Blofeld has been the architect behind every plot in every movie up to that point you would think Bond would finally arrest him. But nope! He just lets him go. Huge PLOTHOLE!

I haven't seen Slam Dunk: Suramu danku (1993-1996) anime series but still enjoyed this film. I obviously didn't get all that was going on, but what I understood was very fun.
And I dont even like basketball that much.

Diamonds Are Forever (1971)

This was pretty bad.
No offense to Jill St. John, but she was probably my least favorite Bond girl. Charles Gray as Blofeld was lame. I also didn't like the super-unappealing gay duo villains. Vegas isn't all that interesting of a setting.

Strong film with a powerful ending. The line “you have to keep up with the times” perfectly reflects the protagonist’s arc—from fighting for workers to abandoning his humanity, ending alone amid the roaring machines.

I had fun. It makes little sense, has plenty of illogical choices, and gives one of the series’ best villains a stupid death. But the action ruled, the tone was great, the blaxploitation/horror vibe was refreshing, and Moore’s Bond was good.

The Man with the Golden Gun (1974)

The lunch scene between Bond and Scaramanga is fantastic—the dialogue, tension, and duel setup shine. I wish the duel was expanded. The film didn’t need the Solex MacGuffin; Bond vs. Scaramanga alone was compelling enough.

Jai Bhim (2021)

I felt sad (I didn't cry so) about the whole story which is based on true events. The discrimination, the custodial torture, the indifference of the other police - it honestly was really hard to watch.

Sentimental Value (2025)

Ah yes, Irreversible by Gaspar Noe - makes for a perfect gift to a 9-year-old grandson. No wonder there is so much trauma in the family.

In all seriousness, this was a very good family drama.

The Spy Who Loved Me (1977)

It's definitely one of the best and most iconic Bonds and is probably Moore's best Bond film. They built that whole submarine base set on the 007 stage at Pinewood. Absolutely massive undertaking. The villain was a letdown so.

Well, I like it and don't get the hate. It was really entertaining, and a fresh take. Bond in space - why the hell not!?
The fantastic cold open. Derek Meddings’ superb practical effects, Drax was a good villain & the soundtrack was also fantastic.

One of the weaker Bond movies. It’s so vanilla and uninspired. The opening Blofeld bit was just dumb and just WTF!? I hated the cringey and totally pointless subplot about Bibi hitting on Bond. Overall a silly, boring movie.

Mid-tier Bond. It tries to be everything: Cold War thriller, India adventure, slapstick comedy—then jumps to defusing a nuke at a circus. It goes beyond the usual formula & succeeds more than it fails, but the overall result is still pretty mediocre.

Never Say Never Again (1983)

Just a cheap rehash of Thunderball (1965). But it has some positive things going for it: Barbara Carrera is a highlight as crazy evil Femme Fatale SPECTRE spy and Kim Basinger is lovely in it too. But yeah, just stick with Thunderball.

A satisfying conclusion to Roger Moore's Bond era imo. Not the best, but definitely not bad either - a solid Bond film.
The villains were honestly the most memorable and best part of it. Really like MayDay's redemption near the end of the movie.

Begins with fertilization and ends with a baby—clearly about responsibility and parenthood, even as Marty avoids it. Honey scene mirrors this: Kletzki shares like a parent, while Marty does not - his arc is to become like Kletzki.

The Living Daylights (1987)

One of better Bond films.
Dalton is excellent. The romance felt genuine, the action & stunts were top tier.
The only weakness imo was the showdown with Whitaker. Not only did it feel tacked on but Bond should have just shot him in the legs.

Scream 7 (2026)

Mid. If you want brutal kills, gore, and a Sidney-focused story, you’ll enjoy it—it’s the most gruesome entry yet. But it lacks strong meta commentary and memorable killers. Better than 6, worse than 5, on par with 3. The series should’ve ended at 4.

Licence to Kill (1989)

The most violent in the Bond series so far. Has great pacing, action, emotional investment, bond girl and villain.
I still really like Dalton's Bond. Too bad that he had only 2 films. My only main problem with it's that I find it really dated.

GoldenEye (1995)

The film's feature of technology is rather dated, from the hacking sequences (no self-respecting technician would use "chair" as a password) to the CGI shots of the satellites. But the pacing of the story is one of its strong points, especially with Q and Zukovsky providing some comic relief amidst all the action. Judi Dench's introduction as M still rocks.

The entire 26/11 sequence was damn chilling. But other than that it’s a fare good blockbuster Indian film with a good cast and decent writing that suffers from all the usual Bollywood tropes.

Hamburg sequence is really great, the best 30-40 min. of Brosnan's run so far. The 2nd half of the movie loses me. It's just 1 uninspired action scene after another, with lame villain, no plot development, no meaningful character interactions.

The Bride! (2026)

A love-it-or-hate-it film. I’m on the positive side. Jessie Buckley is fantastic as the Bride, Lawrence Sher’s cinematography looks stunning, and the 1930s noir atmosphere and score work well. I respect the filmmakers for taking the Frankenstein franchise in a bold new direction.

The World Is Not Enough (1999)

Can I believe Denise Richards is a Bond girl... yes. Can I believe she is a research scientist...no! Renard is possibly the dullest Bond villain. Some action scenes felt flat and were lacking in style. The submarine finale was terrible!

Die Another Day (2002)

The first 30 minutes are surprisingly great—Bond captured, tortured, and suspected of betrayal. But then the movie collapses into ridiculous CGI, invisible car, space lasers, and other nonsense. A promising start wasted. Easily the worst Bond film.
