This one always makes me think of an article I read a while back; a military base in Germany got a phone call out of the blue asking them to pick up their bombs from Dave's Landscaping or whatever. Apparently an entire train car of munitions had been delivered to some random landscaping company and everyone just shrugged and went about their day for, like, 3 years.
